We happily welcome small pets weighing 50 lbs and under to our cottage. Guests bringing pets are kindly asked to clean up after them during their stay. Our goal is to ensure the property remains clean
and enjoyable for all guests. We provide poop bags, a kennel, bowls, a food mat, blankets, and cleaning cloths for pets’ paws. Please remember to wipe your pets’ paws before entering and use the furniture covers provided to prevent staining.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside our cottages. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from smoking indoors to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. Smoking is permitted outdoors, but we ask that you dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in the provided receptacles. Thank you for your cooperation.

We kindly request that pets refrain from accessing the beds and remain on the main floor.
The pinefloors upstairs are susceptible to scratching.
Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, staining,
poop pick up smoke clean up or damage.

BBQ/Picnic Table
A propane BBQ is provided. Please turn the propane tank valve off when the BBQ is not in use and use the cover provided. Also, please clean the BBQ grills after each use. If you wish to eat outside and enjoy the view, there is a picnic table that seats 4 located off the deck and near the fire pit.

Insects and Wildlife
This is a part of cottage life and they will not bother you if you follow some tips. Don’t leave garbage outside as this will attract squirrels, racoons, foxes, coyotes or birds. Shut all the doors and use the screens on the windows – this will keep out the mosquitos, flies, bees, moths and mice. We would recommend bringing bug spray and after bite just in case

Fire Pit
There is a fire pit for your enjoyment. Please bring your own firewood. DO NOT leave the fire unattended! There is an outdoor water hose outside of the cottage to put out the fire before you head inside. PLEASE make sure to extinguish the fire completely when finished.

TV and Wifi
We have the worlds best internet service, Starlink at all of our cottages. We offer Netflix, and Disney + on the FireStick.
